Please note that for hygiene reasons, hair extensions and accessories must be returned in their original security seal to be eligible for a refund.

Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
